Shipping

USA (ALL 50 STATES):
The preferred method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail for small orders. See Shipping Chart at bottom of page. Please note: Shipping & Handling charges have increased in 2006 due to rate increase instituted by the United States Postal Service.

CANADA, MEXICO, AND ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
I will ship to all countries via Global Priority Mail. Rates are charged according to actual US Postal Rates. "Free Shipping over $100 Discount" is for domestic orders only, it is 30 percent off for international orders.

RETURN POLICY:
We realize that purchasing fabric based on a scanned picture may not always meet your expectations--especially when it comes to finding that perfect color! Therefore, if you are unhappy with your fabric purchase for any reason you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior. The original (or a copy) packing slip must accompany the return. We expect the merchandise returned in the same condition as you received it (excluding any wrapping, etc.) If you plan to return any fabric, please keep it in a smoke-free environment until doing so.

If the return was due to an error on the part of The Merry Quilter, the refund will include the amount of the purchase and all shipping charges incurred. For any other reason, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender. No packages will be accepted sent "collect" or "postage due".

If you paid via credit card, a credit is issued to the same account number. If you paid via money order or cashier's check, a refund check is mailed.

I will not accept returns of books or patterns. Sale and clearance fabric items are returnable under our satisfaction guaranteed policy.

ORDERING/PAYMENT
I accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards only. I do not accept personal checks. I do accept money orders and cashier's/certified checks from our US customers only. All customers from other countries must pay by credit card. If you wish to bypass our online ordering system, you may place an order with us directly. You also have the option of using the manual ordering form linked off the main page of the online catalog.
